Project Mercer is a narrow lot design promoting sustainable living and construction methodology in an affordable manner. Located in Noranda, this four x two home considers building on a budget without losing the impact of good design.

Planning & Design

We love challenging sites and have capitalised on the site's natural characteristics. Being both a narrow lot with a 3.5m slope, from front to back, we have designed the abode in 4 levels with each level zoned for its particular purpose.
